Combined Treatments

Thanks to our versatile processing capability, we have the opportunity to offer "combined treatments" in which we unite various applications on fabrics.

This offers huge possibilities for fabrics which are composed of cotton – polyester – lyocell - viscose - elasthane fibers. Below some options are listed as examples. Please contact us for further options of combined treatments.

Indigo Dye + Discharge Print:

Dyed with different shades from blue to black indigo dye combined with discharge print of unlimited designs either monochrome or colored prints. With this process, indigo dye is removed and replaced by the print color. The advantage is to obtain lighter and brighter colors of print. This process offers softer touch since the print is not an additional layer to cover indigo dye.

Indigo Dye + Pigment or Matweiss Print:

Woven fabric is indigo dyed and then printed. A wide range of fabrics with various content of yarns can be indigo dyed and printed.

Secret Print:

A combination of pigment print and sulphur dye. During garment washing, the sulphur dye washes out and the print beneath becomes visible. An impressive look is achieved after garment washing which can be combined with garment-washings with chemicals or laser effects.

Disperse Dye + Reactive Dye:

Fabrics with cotton and polyester yarns can be double dyed in a single color as well as different shades or even contrast colors. In this case the cotton/polyester/elasthane fabric will have 2 different colors which offers unlimited combinations.

Cosmic Dye:

Again another combination ARTA can offer thanks to its machine range. Reactive dye and a version of pigment dye is applied on the fabric in a single process. As the result of joint R&D collaboration with the Spanish firm ADRASA, we are able to process fast and economical in this treatment method. Different shades or contrast colors can be combined. Since the washing effect of reactive and pigment dyes are far different, our customers can achieve outstanding look of color shades after garment washing.

Reactive Dye + Coating:

A blade coating of various chemicals can be made on dyed fabric. A colored coating on a dyed fabric can be combined as well.
