ARTA Tekstil is proud to have a strict quality control system which together with our sophisticated dyeing, printing, finishing machineries and also with our fully automated production control system enables us to produce 4 million meters per month of high quality finished woven fabrics.
Quality Policy of ARTA is not limited merely to the quality control department, but extends to the entire manufacturing process and customer service.
Raw materials, dyes, chemicals are thoroughly tested before they are allowed to the manufacturing process. ARTA uses products only from leading dyeing and chemical manufacturers who comply with R.E.A.C.H. standards. Only the materials which fulfill the standard specifications are allowed to proceed to the production line. Every stage of the production line has its own set of comprehensive quality monitoring systems.
Accurate color matching is an essential element in the production process and ARTA provides guaranteed color standards with "automatic dyestuff and chemical dispense" system. This system enables precision measuring for all chemicals and dyestuff which is pumped to corresponding dyeing machines through a central preparation tank. This process is repeatable both long and short term, minimising batch variations and providing consistent results of color shades.
Our sophisticated DATACOLOR color matching systems with spectrographic analysis gives us advanced control of recipes providing accurate results on a consistent basis.

All finished fabrics are tested in accordance with international standards in our lab which is furnished with full range of testing equipment. Among these are physical (Residual shrinkage, Tensile/tear strength, pilling, abrasion, seam slippage, seam strength, dimensional change etc.) and chemical tests (Fastness to light, washing, rubbing, weather, perspiration, etc.)
ARTA recognizes the needs of major buying groups and welcomes the inspection of the company’s facilities by retail buyers or by independent testing houses. ARTA Tekstil has already achieved accreditation from existing customers such as Marks & Spencer and Inditex Group.
